Horizontally stacked volumes and layered slabs frame shaded balconies, creating sheltered spaces that enjoy light and breeze. Vertical screens filter light and enhance privacy, while timber and concrete bring texture and warmth. Live greenery blurs the building’s hard geometry, adding environmental benefit. The result is a rental building that is visually crisp, climatically responsive, and engaging—offering tenant comfort, sustainability, and lasting appeal.”
